Nice loggia that’s very safe for dogs. For cats we can organise a cat net.

As you’ve hopefully worked out, pets are very welcome and children are extra welcome. ANMELDUNG IS POSSIBLE. Bond is 1.5 months cold rent. We are open to instalment payments for this if you need it.

The kitchen will either be REMOVED AND THE KITCHEN SPACE FULLY RENOVATED ready for your own kitchen, or you can take over the kitchen yourself for a small fee, to be negotiated.

Currently the kitchen has a brand new AEG dishwasher, along with a fridge, induction cooktop and stove.

This is a top floor apartment so it does get a bit hot in summer. For tenants of 1 year + we offer the installation of AC in 2027.

There is a small storage room in the stairwell and a cellar (not dry).
