Loft in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg

We are looking for someone to take over our unlimited apartment contract for our beautiful loft apartment in Helmholtzkiez, Prenzlauer Berg from September 1 (possibly earlier move in if landlord approves).


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- We are hosting only 1 viewing on Monday 29th June
- We will select applicants that fulfill the criteria from our landlord, that can attend the viewing and that confirm to buy our furniture specified below

Please share your application including:
- Confirmation that you can attend the viewing on 29th June
- That you will buy the furniture (5300 Euro)
- Income statement of the last 3 months (Minimum monthly income 4 times the rent)
- Completed Selbstauskunft (tenant self-disclosure form)
- SCHUFA


Rent: 1876 euro Warmmiete. In addition you have to pay for Wifi and electricity. It might be that the landlord raises the rent but we haven’t heard anything about this yet.

Apartment:
- Altbau in Helmholtzkiez
- Top floor, 6, without elevator
- 70 sqm, 1 bedroom, 1 living room combined with kitchen and smaller storage room
- 25 sqm loft with space for a guest bed and office desk
- South facing balcony with sun all day

Conditions:
- Take over contract from September 1
- Your income must be at least 4 times the rent
- You will buy the below stated furniture from us

The next tenant will have to buy the following from us for a cost of 5300 Euro.
- Full kitchen, incl. fridge from Smeg, dishmachine, microwave, oven etc.
- Washingmachine in bathroom
- Closet in bedroom
- Extra bed on the loft (bought in 2025)
- Lamps installed in the ceiling
- Curtains in the bedroom
- Balcony furniture incl. one sofa, one recliner and two tables
