We're supporting our property manangement company in the search for a new for a Nachmieter for our current beautiful 4-room apartment in Berlin-Mitte.

This modern 88 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained Neubau building and has been a wonderful home for us over the past few years. Thanks to its large windows, dual balconies, and open layout, the apartment is exceptionally bright and filled with natural light throughout the day.
