Wohnung in München-Maxvorstadt

I am moving into a flat on 1st of June and I need a roommate. I don't do much outdoors activity except for skateboarding. I am also a non-smoker. Unfortunately I do not speak German so an English speaker is preffered. I will put some of the details of the apartment below:

Location: Augustenstraße, right next to the university.

Apartment: 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.

One of the rooms is a living room that I will stay in and the other room is a bedroom with a bed. The apartment is mostly furnished but the living room lacks bedroom so I would have to buy a mattress or sleep on the couch while the bedroom has a bed and a closet so a desk is missing.

Rent: 1000 per person + we deal with the utilities

Deposit: 2000 per person.

Availability we can discuss and be flexible as long as it's not insanely too far in the future.

Mostly furnished.

Right next to the university, very good if you are a student.

There are many shops nearby, good restaurants and REWE, Penny, Apotheke, etc.
