The house is small and manageable: two entrances with six apartments each. The basement features a shared laundry room – your private washing machine is a compact 45 cm top loader. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided regularly, and we’re easily reachable if you run out of salt. Everything you need for cleaning is available; a cleaning service can be arranged optionally.
The heating is smart – control it conveniently via app or the classic thermostat. There’s plenty of space for bicycles or large suitcases. Professional services handle the stairwell and snow removal.
