Hi, my name is Biplob Saikia. I was almost finalized to take this apartment, but due to a change in my work situation, I had to change my decision. Therefore, I am posting this ad on behalf of the owner. Available from 1 Mar 2026.

This is a standard Steinhübel apartment, and the owner is a very professional and reliable person. Once you share some basic details about yourself, I will directly connect you with the owner. I am not a broker — I am simply helping the owner because we had an agreement and I had to step back.

If it weren’t for my job situation, I would have happily taken this apartment myself. It is on the sunny side, has a beautiful view, and I personally visited it. The current tenant is extremely clean (he doesn’t even wear shoes inside), and everything looks very well maintained and almost new — even though he has lived there for about 8 years. He is now moving to Austria for work.

The rent is around €475 (I wrote €480 just to be safe). When you speak with the owner, he will likely reduce it by €5–10.
Electricity is not included and is usually under €50 extra.
The €480 includes water and heating.
