We are renting out our fully furnished 2-room apartment as we’re moving to another place.
The apartment is modern, bright, and very comfortable. It comes with all furniture and appliances, so you can move in right away without needing to buy anything. There’s also a large balcony perfect for relaxing or enjoying a coffee.

The building offers great amenities such as indoor bicycle parking, laundry facilities, a common room, and a shared rooftop terrace. Parking spaces are available outside.

Public transport connections are excellent — bus lines 194, 396, and 296 stop right in front of the building, and the U5 Friedrichsfelde station is only about a 10-minute walk away (or 3 min. by bus)

� Monthly rent: €988 (all included) + Sublet Cost 75€ (one time residence fee)
� Move-in date: from December 15, 2025
� Possible for long-term or short-term (3 months)
� For long term: The first contract is a sublet contract with us until the end of March 2026. From April 2026, you can obtain a direct contract with the residence (likely for 2 years, which can be easily extended). To be able to request the long-term, you must start your sublet in December, before the end of the year (residence policy).
