I'm subletting my beautiful top-floor apartment with a terrace in Neukölln. It's fully furnished with everything that one might need - from a very comfortable mattress, through a desk to a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

Looking for very clean, responsible and professional person(s).

Dates for moving in and moving out are flexible!
The flat could be rented from 22th December until February, March or LONGER, however the end date is still TBD, the sublet could potentially be extended and there is also a possibility to TAKE OVER THE RENTAL CONTRACT. But this is something we need to discuss further. I am transitioning to living in another country, and at the moment I can't say that it will 100% work, hence the initial sublet.

Therefore when applying please indicate which time frame you are interested in and if you are flexible with dates.

IMPORTANT!!!
SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED, NOT in the flat, NOT on the balcony!!!
NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC!!!
NO PETS!!!

Suitable for 1 or 2 people. MAX 2 PEOPLE! If rented to 2 people, I will have to increase some of the utility costs, as right now they are calculated for 1 person.

You will get the place clean and you need to return it CLEAN!!!

RENT for 1 month is €1.430,63 including all bills.
Deposit is €2500.

If things develop in the direction that I will give up the flat, you will have the chance to apply and take over the contract. In this case you will have to BUY the kitchen that was custom-made as well as the rest of the furniture. This will be a substantial amount of money, however you will have the chance to be considered.
