The neighbourhood is surrounded by green pedestrian areas and offers multiple shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

The apartment is fully furnished, including a brand-new kitchen, and comes with a numbered underground parking spot and a private basement storage room.
We preferably look for a couple, but single tenants are also welcome. A basic level of English is required to ensure smooth communication and to be able to resolve any questions or issues efficiently during the rental period.
