I am gonna move out and help my landlord find a new tenant for this nice apartment.

* Single apartment in Munich, near Gröbenzell S-Bahn station, address: Osterseestrasse 42. Available from December 21, 2025. Anmeldung is possible.

* Rent: €650 (cold) / €770 (warm), electricity and internet are not included. €1950 deposit.

* 38 sq m apartment with a large balcony. Open-plan layout, separate kitchen and bathroom. Quiet and beautiful German neighborhood, conveniently located with supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, high quality of life.

* 10-minute walk to the Sbahn, 21 minutes from the S3 to Munich's central train station, also suitable for commuters.

* No washing machine can be installed due to the lack of a pre-installed drain. Laundry will be available at
the nearby Pasing laundry shop (8 minutes from the S-Bahn).

* This apartment is ideal for one person. Due to a busy work schedule, the landlord hopes the next tenant will be a long-term tenant with a job and stable income.

*Furniture includes a Nach fee of approximately €600. All items are good-quality, essential furniture, including wardrobes, sofas, beds, mattresses, and desks, originally priced at approximately € 1,500. Please DO NOT inquire if you cannot accept Nach fees.
