� I’ve invested quite a bit here, so I’m asking for a compensation payment (negotiable): approx. €2,200 — but not for nothing:

1️⃣ Kitchen: Almost new, IKEA, minimalist, not the cheapest model and quite nice incl. Dishwasher, Herd, Induktionskochplatten

2️⃣ Flooring: I invested €600 — very beautiful and indestructible surface, always gets compliments. �

3️⃣ Curtain rod: Cheap to buy, but installation cost €100. Includes green thermal cotton curtains (cost €150). �

➡️ Total compensation: approx. €2,200 (negotiable) for flooring and kitchen including dishwasher.
➡️ Some balcony items can be gifted, e.g. a flower bed :)
➡️ Payment in installments possible. :)

German is perfectly fine, too.
