I am subletting my flat for one month (01.10.2025-31.10.2025) while I am away. It is fully furnished (except for a wardrobe) and suitable for singles or couples.

The flat is very central, directly next to a shopping mall with all daily needs. The central bus station and train station are only a 10-minute walk away, and several bus stops are located nearby.

The flat includes 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom. There is also a small open space next to the living room (open roof, surrounded by walls on 4 sides), but its corner is currently occupied by a pigeon family. In October, they will be walking around and learning to fly, so being comfortable with pigeons is a requirement :)

The bedroom has a double-bed, L sofa, coffee table, desk and TV. The living room with kitchen includes dining table, chairs, fridge, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a small storage space. There is a shared laundry room in the basement with a private washing machine.

The total 800€ rent includes: kitchen (50), electricity (65), internet (45).
