I am offering my apartment in Essen Rüttenscheid for a three-month sublease.



The sublease extends from September 15, 2025, to December 15, 2025.



It is a bright, centrally located 65 sqm apartment in Essen Rüttenscheid.



The basic rent for the sublease is €810. Electricity costs are €40. Heating costs (gas) are €64. Internet costs are €12.



The deposit for the apartment amounts to €1,620.



If you are interested, you will need to provide a Schufa credit report and the last three pay slips. A viewing of the apartment is possible on September 9 or 11, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, or on September 14, 2025, by appointment.



The apartment has three rooms and a balcony. It features a bedroom, a study/guest room, and an open-plan kitchen with an adjoining living room. The living room/kitchen opens onto a lovely balcony overlooking a green courtyard. The apartment is located near Rüttenscheider Straße, and the "Rüttenscheider Stern" subway station is about a two-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is also just a five-minute walk away.



I am offering the apartment for subletting because I am staying in Sri Lanka for three months to visit my family.



The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, and a small dishwasher. The furniture shown in the photo will remain, meaning the bedroom has a bed with a wardrobe, a mirror, and a nightstand. There's a chest of drawers in the hallway. The living room has a dining table with three chairs, and two chairs are included on the balcony. The houseplants shown in the photos will also remain in the apartment. It would be very nice if they could be cared for during the three months.
