Etagenwohnung in Dresden-Innere Neustadt

I'm finishing school in December, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January. The building allows for residents to transfer leases easily to new tenants, so your lease will be from January to September, with an opportunity to renew the lease then. The building also offers a deep clean for the apartment during transfers if you'd like.

This is a fully-furnished studio apartment in an excellent building in an excellent location. The apartment itself comes with a large desk, chairs, bed, a huge closet, and included high-speed internet. I will be throwing in for free many of my own purchases pictured, including the lamps, bedside table, and rolling kitchen cart. Additionally, many smaller items I can leave here, including kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and mini oven. I've also installed a large mesh screen on the window, so it can be left open all day with very little concern for bugs. If you'd rather not have these, don't worry, I won't leave them behind then.

There's several different special rooms/areas throughout the building you're free to use. You can see these in the pictures above. These include a billiards room, a lounge room with TV, a terrace, an interior courtyard, and a fitness studio. I forgot to get pictures of them, but there's also a study room and music practice room.

The real highlight of this building is the rooftop terrace. The views of the city are AMAZING, especially around sunset time. This is honestly one of the major things that makes the rent worth it for me. These sorta rooftop terraces in Dresden are very rare to find from my experience.
