technical devices as it is shown on the pictures.
There is a large terrace with a couch to enjoy sunny
days outside. We can also offer 2 parking spaces in the
underground garage. Our own washing machine and
dryer are to be used in a separate washing room
downstairs.
There is already a high speed Wi-Fi connection in the
apartment. If needed, we can also provide blankets,
pillows, bed linen and towels.
Our exclusive 96 sq.m. garden next to the building can
be used too.
The area around the house is very calm, although tram
and bus stops are only 200 m away, S-Bahn station
Leuchtenbergring is about 8 minutes walking and S-Bahn
Ostbahnhof is about 10 minutes walking. There
are numerous of shops, supermarkets, cafés and
restaurants around.
There are a few schools and Kindergartens in a walking
distance.
