We are moving out of our dream apartment due to a career change. It is a beautiful, newly renovated four-room apartment on a complete floor of a beautiful villa with two other parties. The apartment has a large sunny terrace with a view of the green garden. A parking space, a spacious cellar compartment and the possibility to use the garden and even the natural pool.
The rent is already the warm rent, only electricity and internet costs are added. The tenancy agreement can be concluded for an indefinite period.
We had the entire apartment repainted with high-quality paint just a year ago. As we are moving into a furnished new apartment, we will have to leave almost all of our furniture behind. Anyone interested in the apartment must therefore be prepared to take it over in its current condition. We will have to pay a fee of 7000 euros. This includes the complete kitchen with its appliances, large cupboards from Ikea, a brand new box spring bed (1.40m), a sofa bed, chairs, shelves, patio furniture, washing machine and dryer. Ideal for international workers who do not want to organize a large furniture transport.
The apartment has underfloor heating and very well isolated windows. If we weren't leaving Dresden for professional reasons, we would want to stay here forever!
