This cozy and fully furnished 40 m² apartment is located in the Waldhaus dormitory complex, in a family building on the second floor. Originally designed for a couple with a child, it is suitable for anyone – the only requirement is that you must be an enrolled student.

The apartment has an ideal location – you can't live any closer to the university! It takes about 8 minutes by bus or bike to get there. Rotenbühl is a lovely, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. One of my favorite things is having the forest right outside the window – perfect for walks, a source of refreshing cool air in the summer, and a chorus of birdsong in the mornings.

What’s more, the dormitory student council regularly organizes a variety of social events in the neighboring buildings: Heimbar on Saturdays, Heimcafé on Sundays, occasional movie nights, barbecues, board games, group sports, and more. The people living here are friendly and interesting, so participating in events is always enjoyable.

The apartment also includes a balcony facing the forest, a bike rack, a basement storage room, and access to a washing machine and dryer. Use of the washer and dryer is paid separately, but otherwise the rent covers all expenses – including internet and Hausmeister services.
