This 83.2 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 5th floor of a charming old building (built in 1954) on Karl-Marx-Allee. One of the rooms overlooks the quiet rear, while the other two rooms enjoy a sunny south-facing position with a view of the avenue. The apartment has high ceilings of approx. 2.90 m and beautiful, divided, soundproof windows that emphasise its character. The three rooms are arranged around a central hallway and are complemented by a spacious storage room. In addition to a well-lit, newly renovated bathroom with a window, the apartment has an equally newly renovated kitchen and a south-facing balcony. A modern lift is available for additional convenience.

As we currently live in the non-smoking apartment ourselves, everything has been thought of. The sleeping equipment naturally includes duvets, pillows and matching bed linen. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourself. There is an electric stove, sink, various pots and pans and all other kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine. Depending on your needs, you can request additional items, especially for the study/children's room. The unused cot for small children can remain in the room. A guest sofa is also possible. The large bookcase and a large desk are definitely in the room. The following furniture shown in the photos will not remain in the flat: the two old cupboards, the desk (there is another one), the changing table and the children's wardrobe.
