- Private kitchen, bathroom and balcony (see pictures :))
- Amenities include: pool, gym, laundry room, billiard table, grill area, volleyball area, grill area, little soccer area, lounging and cinema room, bike storage, privat storage room in the basement, possible to rent an additional garage place (else free parking spots are available too :))

It’s around the corner of a rewe and Lidl, the next bus station is ~ 3 walking minutes away and the Garching university campus is then bus 2 stations away. It’s ~12 walking minutes from the next U-Bahn station. You can take the bike to the Garching university campus, takes around 10-15 minutes.
