The apartment is spacious and sunny (west facing), and offers plenty of natural light and a great view through floor to ceiling windows. The apartment is on the 5th floor and accesible with a large elevator. It is cut perfectly for a flat share, family or couple with 2 bedrooms (each with own balcony) and a kitchen/ living room space as a central room to host/ cook/ relax. The apartment has all amenities of a new building inlcuding floor heating, glass fibre wifi, and state of the art kitchen appliances.

As tenants you have access to the Charlie Living complex's rooftop terrace (great for inviting others) where you see across berlin aas well as as a newly renovated gym accesible 24/7. There is also concierge service who takes mail, can let in friends/family, hold a spare key, etc. The outside area is a shared garden space and nice area to relax or for children to play. The lounger area by the concierge is also a great place for co-working or meeting others with free high-speed wifi.
