The apartment has two beautiful rooms with large windows that let in lots of light.

There is also a fitted kitchen at your disposal. A small dishwasher as an extra.

There is a separate small room for the washing machine with connection and some storage space.

Opaque glass doors make the apartment appear bright.

The bedroom and living room are larger than the dimensions suggest due to the sloping terrace walls.

Supermarkets and public transport can be reached within 5 minutes.

Apart from the rent and service charges mentioned, there is a charge of €10 per month for cleaning the stairwell and communal areas. Gas and electricity must be paid by the tenant. Nebenkosten mentioned is per person.
