Erdgeschosswohnung in München-Am Hart

We are a family of 2 software engineers (40 yo) working 100% remotely, and we are looking to try out life in a Bavarian village for a year. We are happy to exchange our apartment in Munich for your apartment/house in Landsberg, Ebersberg, Mühldorf, Deggendorf, Rottal-Inn, Bad Tölz, Pfaffenhofen, Eichstätt, Weilheim, Landshut, or other Landkreis central towns of Landkreis with under 150K population (preferrably in Oberbayern or Niederbayern). We also have a small, well educated and quiet dog. Even if your place is not in the list of villages, but you think it's a match, send me a message and we can discuss.

Our apartment is 3-room apartment on the ground floor with a terrace all around, with the exit to the terrace from every room. There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). There is an underground parking available too. The best feature of our apartment is that it is right next to a nature reserve, so you get a feel of a countryside, but you are also just a 3 -minute walk from U-bahn station, from where you can reach Hauptbahnhof in just 15 minutes.
