The living room includes a sofa bed that could be made available to host 2 extra persons for a short stay.
The apartment monthly rent includes all living costs (Electricity, heating and water), a high-speed internet connection and cable TV (local TV taxes will be covered by Tenant). We do provide one bicycle free of charge.
The apartment is available for a minimum rental period of 6 months (notice period of 3 months). The apartment is nonsmoking and pet free. We do speak German, English, French and Spanish.
