Kreuzberg’s restaurants and bars are very close with Marheineke Markthalle less than 20 minutes by foot and 9 minutes by bus.
In terms of trains the Berlin Südkreuz is only 10 minutes direct by bus leaving in front of the house. This makes train travel very easy and convenient.
The apartment will be rented out furnished. There is currently a renovation of the front facade of the building. This should last for another 2 to 3 months but is not defined when it will be done. This can affect how bright the apartment is for the time of the renovation.
