3er WG in Berlin-Lichtenberg

Hi everyone I rent my beautiful room in WG long term for one person only to a GIRL.The flat is amazing, everything is new. We have two separated bathrooms, small storage in corridor and a huge logia/balcony, on summer will be amazing. It's 5 minutes to S+U Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Next to us is Rewe. We speak German and English.
There are 2 girls plus me , I move out . So u need to take tha apartment from 01.04.
The deposit which I paid to the owner of the flat is 1200 Euro.
The room is with the registration and a contract from the owner of the flat for a long term.
You need to have these documents:
-3 salaries
-Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
-Mietschuldenfreicheitbescheinigung
The rent is 600 Euro .
Everything is included such as:
Radio Tax
Internet
All the furniture is in the room , so as kitchen utilities, dishwasher , vacuum cleaner. You can bring your if you want. We have the storage in the basement, so u can put all the stuff from the room which you don't need there.
Please contact me ONLY if you have all the necessary documents. You must have a salary minimum 1500 Netto or if u are a student support from your parents and the document for that.
