Wohnung in Graz

Hello,

Unfortunately i have to leave my lovely flat, because of moving outside of Graz.
It is available from 1.8.2025 on.
Rent is €930 incl. heating, water and Betriebskosten.
I pay €25 monthly for electricity.
Kaution is 3 months rent (approx. €2790).
It has 2 bedrooms one upstairs (the one with white bed) which has access to the lovely terrace where you can watch sunrise and see Schlosssberg.
Other one is at downstairs (with black bed).
Toilet and shower is separate.
Living room area is also at downstairs and kitchen is upstairs. The shutters on the windows make the rooms completely dark throughout the day if needed.
The flat is on Rankengasse and close to all type of supermarkets (Hofer 2min, Lidl 5min, Interspar 7min, bus stop 2min, tram station 6min walking distance).
I want to leave all the furnitures in exchange of a small fee :)
