I am searching for one roommate for a long term, available from anytime.
This flat is based in Ampass, in a very nice and quite surrounding. It has 3 bedroom, living room combined with a kitchen and a lovely balcony with a mountain view. There is a parking spot in a garage. Mini MPREIS 2 min by foot and a bus stop 1 min away. One bedroom is fully furnished and one is empty. You could choose which room you prefer.
Total price - 575 Eur (you would need to get your internet).
This is a quite place and this is suitable for someone who appreciates calmness, someone who loves animals (I am planning to get a dog), who keeps space clean (cleaning plan shifts once a week). This no go for parties or smoking.
I am searching for someone who is flexible to adjust to each others routines. Overall this flat is a home and I wish you to feel here the same.
Very shortly about me: I work at Medel, I teach yoga, eat vegetarian, interested in nutrition, travels, hikes, cooking, painting, reading. I lived in Germany, Norway, graduated International Relations in UK and I come originally from Lithuania.
